BETA Foreign Trade Inc. was founded in 1977 to import finished fabrics and textile raw materials. Over the years BETA became a leading trade house specializing in VRY and Polyester Yarns. BETAREKS was founded in 1992 to produce and market metallic yarns. In 1993 the factory in Sinop was acquired to expand production. Over the years the facilities in Sinop were expanded to accomadte growth. Currently the plant occupies 32.500 m2 of indoor space and employs over 600 people. In the third quarter 2013 Betareks will open its second plant in Batumi, Georgia.
